Sales Representative

Following our recent funding round, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in North America for our flagship product, HoloSuite. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for new customer targeting and acquisition, prospect qualification, lead follow-up, and generation of both new and expansion business within their assigned territory. Inside Sales Representatives are measured by and expected to achieve all sales targets both for new prospects and existing customers. 


  • Develop, maintain, and execute your territory sales plan

  • Achieve personal sales quota for customer prospects and existing customers

  • Research and identify customer prospects and targets from various sources, including Websites, Blogs, and Social Media.

  • Rapidly follow up via telephone, email, or video conferencing to qualify all inbound leads and provide assistance to customers who wish to trial Arcturus.

  • Promote Arcturus as a company and the HoloSuite brand, establishing our position in the market

  • Maintain customer, opportunity, and forecast detail in the CRM system as directed by sales leadership.

  • Manage all steps in the sales process including qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, and coordinating with the customer support team to drive ongoing success and adoption.



  • 3+ years of documented success selling software or SaaS via remote channels (WWW and telephone).

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Work remotely from home 

  • BA/BS degree in business administration, marketing, management, technology, or equivalent work experience

Special Consideration Given to those with

  • Experience with cutting edge technology development

  • Previous experience working in content software tools

  • Experience or familiarity with 3D graphics - Augmented & Virtual Reality, Film Post Production, & Games or related technologies

  • Solid personal network to assist in lead generation

  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles


  • Role is Remote based out of either California or Nova Scotia. 


  • This role reports into the Vice President - Sales.
